  • The US Postal Service’s new EV chargers are here - The Verge --> The US Postal Service debuted its first EV charging stations in Atlanta, Georgia, today, the first of many expected to be deployed at “hundreds” of new sorting and delivery centers this year. It’s a key step in the Postal Service’s plan to put together one of the nation’s biggest EV fleets, made up of more than 66,000 delivery vehicles.
  • Fleets crucial to EV demand | Small fleet impact for agency model (fleetnews.co.uk) --> In 2023, fleets were responsible for almost two-thirds (64%) of all new battery electric vehicles (BEVs) registered and more than half of all new registrations.  Cox Automotive's insight director, Philip Nothard, said: "With EVs set to make up a growing proportion of the overall new car parc, thanks to the ZEV mandate, a rapidly changing OEM product mix and other factors, buyers need to be found for these new EVs.
