Auto Reload is a convenient way to keep your electric charge card account balance topped up with ease. With AutoReload, you can set a threshold level. When your balance falls below that level, AutoReload will automatically transfer funds from your designated bank account and return your balance to the threshold level. This way, you will always have enough funds to pay for your charging needs, without the hassle of having to manually reload your account.

Setting up Auto-Reload is quick and easy. Here’s how it works.

1. In the app, click the card tab.  
2. Click Add Money, then choose Auto Reload
3. Select the minimum balance when you want to reload.
4. Choose how much you want to add each time. Pick one of the preset options, or enter your custom amount of $50 or more.
5. Select which debit card you want to use to Auto Reload. Use an existing card or add a new one.
6. Confirm your settings and activate. That’s it!

Information: If there is no balance available on your source card, the auto-reload feature will be automatically deactivated.

‍How can I deactivate Auto Reload?

You can change or deactivate your auto reload at any time, giving you full control over your account funding. You can update your auto reload settings via Add Money > Auto Reload.
