Plaintiff Graphite Charging Co. LLC filed the patent infringement lawsuit against Tesla Inc. in a Texas federal court, alleging violations of two of its patents, U.S. Patent Nos—8,103,391 and 8,291,243, which relate to electric vehicle charging systems.
